Tim Lenhard ‘89

Treasurer

Tim Lenhard, graduated from Northeastern in 1990 with a BS in Business Administration/Accounting and navigated the Husky Varsity Eight for 3 years. While at Northeastern, Tim found much success on the water, he as a:

1987 National Champion in the 4+, bronze medalist at the 1988 Eastern Sprints, 1988 IRA Regatta Champion, silver medalist at the 1988 National Championship Regatta, bronze medalist at the 1989 National Championship Regatta (Cincinnati) and participant in the 1988 & 1989 Henley Royal Regattas. One of his top NU rowing memories is beating Harvard head-to-head on the Charles River in 1989.

Prior to becoming a Husky, Tim rowed at the Detroit Boat Club, winning 2 National titles coxing a 2+. He also was a finalist in the 1984 Olympic Trials 2+.

Professionally, Tim founded Lenhard Financial Services in 1996, which specializes in asset management and retirement planning services for business owners, executives and small businesses. Tim credits part of his business successes to his experiences at Northeastern; In the classroom, co-ops and rowing for the Huskies.

Currently, Tim resides in Grosse Pointe, Michigan. He is married to Renee and they have two sons, Timo and Joe. Tim is an avid fan of all NU Sports. When not watching his son, Joe, play AAA hockey or lacrosse, he enjoys playing ice hockey a couple mornings a week, golfing and working out. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends in southwest Florida and northern Michigan.
